Unique, Amphibian Animals

Hey, what distinguishes amphibians from reptiles?

Reptiles and amphibians can be seen very similar, but of course there are differences. Amphibians usually looks (and feels) more muddy, while the animals are usually classified as reptiles will have dry skin, consisting of a hard layer of scales. Some types of animals live in water, and some live on land. As for amphibians, a part of land or water of life is a choice. Frogs, toads, and salamanders (lizard species) is a type of amphibian animals.

Like many other amphibian animals, frogs leave their eggs in water. Tadpoles or small tadpoles will hatch from these eggs and breathe in the water, like fish. These tadpoles then grow and change. They grow legs and can jump to the mainland. They begin to breathe in the air. And shortened tail, and disappeared.

As for lizards, is the only amphibian animals that have a long tail. If attacked by other animals, lizard tail can decide for camouflage purposes. This tail curled to divert the enemy's view, and lizards were saved! Then, over time, the lizard will have a new tail.

There is one amphibian most bizarre. These animals have no legs or tail, called caecilians.

looks like an earthworm in a large size. Strangely, they are also blind. Most of these animals live in loose soil, same as worms. But these animals have bones and teeth. Hmm .. strange but true...
