NOTD: OPI-Yodel Me On My Cell

No Flash:

With Flash:

I'm wearing 2 coats of OPI-Yodel Me On My Cell, and Essie-Good To Go. This polish caused some cuticle drag, which is very annoying, but apart from that I think it's a nice icy blue polish.
How shocking to see my nails look even shorter in the pics!I'm thinking about doing some nice, over the top acrylic design nails. But I'm not sure yet. You will be the first to know;)

NOTD: Illamasqua-Muse

This is 2 coats of Illamasqua-Muse. I don't like green polish, green is not my cup of tea. But I'm starting to like teal, a little. I like this one, it's a very deep, rich colour, and highly pigmented. I had no idea Illamasqua polish was of such good quality!I hope to collect some more Illamasqua in future:)

Would you like to have cat claws?Italian Manicure!

If you like your nails to look like cat claws, you might wanna try an "Italian Manicure". Simply paint the middle of your nails, leaving the sides unpolished! From up close it looks weird, but from a distance it looks pretty cool!Real claws on my paws!
(I used 2 coats of the lovely Ciaté-3AM Girl, and some (bad quality) rhinestones.)

Misa-Dirty Sexy Money

I wish I had a little (lot) more of that Dirty Sexy Money...
This is 2 coats plus Essie Good To Go. A lovely dirty turquoise shade of polish with that nice vintage feeling. I usually find that turquoise or light blue polish looks cheap-ish, but not this one! This looks like a million dollars:).(My husband was in a creative mood, of which you can see the result in the first pic.)
Hopefully this mani will stay perfect during the weekend, because I like it a lot!
Have a splendid weekend lovelies!

Chica from the Essence Secret Trend Edition: Show off!!!

Essence released a "Secret" trend edition, named Show Off. I found the display yesterday at DM in Germany, and was pleasantly surprised. This might be especially interesting for make-up lovers, as I saw some very colourful, well pigmented eyeshadows and lipglosses! I found a video on youtube showing the collection: CLICK

I picked up just one shade of polish, Chica, a real stunner! It's a deep dark blue with super sparkly blue shimmer. It's breathtaking....
This is 2 coats, no topcoat.

Essence-Underwater + Essence-Glisten Up! (Flakies!)

Essence-underwater, 2 coats:

Essence-underwater + Essence-Glisten Up!

Essence underwater is a lovely metallic dark blue shade. It gets even better when adding a coat of Glisten Up! I've seen Glisten Up a few times this week on various blogs, and I wondered why I had never bought it. I had no idea this was such a pretty flakie polish!
By the way(and this might be shocking to some of you): this is my first bottle of nailpolish with flakies! Yes, seriously! But now I understand why everyone likes these so much, the effect is stunning:). Have a nice day ladies! XO

Light Blue and Pink Glitter Cuteness.

Without Topcoat

With Topcoat

Color Club-Take Me To Your Chateau: 2 laagjes. Color Club-Vintage Couture: 2 laagjes. Color Club-Hot Couture: 1 laagje, +Seche Vite.
Kawaii!!

Color Club-Take Me To Your Chateau: 2 coats. Color Club-Vintage Couture: 2 coats. Color Club-Hot Couture: 1 coat, +Seche Vite.
When I received TMTYC, I had to think about Vintage Couture; the same formula, the same soft pastel colours, they're family! So, ofcourse they had to be put together in one manicure, for a sugar sweet look. (very appropriate for babyshowers,LOL)
To make it even sweeter I added a coat of Hot Couture. Kawaii!!

New Color Club's.

Mijn nieuwe Color Club lakjes zijn binnen:). Van links naar rechts: High Society, Take Me To Your Chateau, Turn The Other Chic, Hot Couture.

My new Color Club polishes are in da house;). From left to right: High Society, Take Me To Your Chateau, Turn The Other Chic, Hot Couture.
They're all great, have a good formula and are very easy to apply. I also made a pic of High Society next to You Don't Know Jacques, to show it's quite a bit lighter.
I'm especially impressed by Take Me To Your Chateau, what a beauty! Manicure pics are, ofcourse, on their way. ( I used 2 coats for all colours)

Minty Greens.

Lately, everyone is obsessed with minty green nailpolish, and so am I. Unfortunately, none of my bottles look like Chanel Jade.
On the first pic you see Eyeko Vintage Polish. A very beautiful creme colour, that's more like a blue than a green. On some parts the polish didn't cover my nails after 3 coats, which made me apply a fourth one, which resulted in a bumpy finish.
Than I decided to add a coat of Herôme WIC-Mykonos. WOW! This is it, perfection!
Mykonos is a transparant, light minty green shimmer polish, that seems to be made for this combination! Finally. Soon I'll also try it out in combination with Essie Mint Candy Apple!
I do have to say I don't feel very comfortable wearing minty green polish in the winter. It feels as if I'm wearing a pair of white linen trousers in the snow, LOL! So, this combo has to wait patiently for another 2-3 months.

Love it.
