This weeks Fierce Face Award goes to....Jessie J (Brit Awards 2011)





This powerful makeup look had everyone in the audience (and surely everyone watching at home) standing up to take notice of the fabulously talented, superstar-in-the-making Jessie J as she performed an acoustic version of her recently released single Do It Like A Dude.
